Director General: PhD degree in any field of Science/Technology from a HEC recognized university with at least 15 years of post-qualification experience in Science & Technology or allied fields, out of which 5 years should be in a managerial/administrative position in a public sector organization or autonomous body of similar stature, OR Master’s degree in any field of Science/Technology from a HEC recognized university with at least 18 years of post-qualification experience in Science & Technology or allied fields, out of which 5 years should be in a managerial/administrative position in a public sector organization or autonomous body of similar stature.

2. Deputy Director General: PhD degree in any field of Science/Technology from a HEC recognized university with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in Science & Technology or allied fields, OR Master’s degree in any field of Science/Technology from a HEC recognized university with at least 12 years of post qualification experience in Science & Technology or allied fields.

The selection process
